It's simple: send your high-res images (typically 1.5Mb or larger), or a zip file if you'd like, via our Hightail dropbox (click on the blue phrase to get there) along with your name and phone number (PLEASE include your phone, so we can reach you in case of an email issue.)
 
We'll give you a call to talk over what you'd like done, and which retouching options are best for your shots.
 
We accept pre-payment via Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, cash, check, Visa/MC/Amex/Discover (a 2.5% bank fee is added), or Paypal (a 5% fee is added). 
 
The process is fun, friendly and collaborative: we'll email you before/after previews of the work and make any tweaks you'd like; up to two rounds of revisions are included with the retouch -- we can adjust brightness and color, polish it a bit more, or dial some 'real' back in, as you prefer.
 
Before/after retouching previews are typically emailed in about 6-8 business days; allow longer for large orders and/or during busy season. (Photo restoration projects may take a bit longer, typically about 2 weeks.) 1- or 2- business-day rush or 1-week priority turnaround are available for an additional fee; ask when you order.

Once you sign off your sized finals are sent electronically, ready to email to your favorite print lab and upload onto the online casting services. It's easy!
